International Demand Planner
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join an international Supply Chain team and play a key role in demand forecasting and planning activities across European markets. This position combines data analysis, sales forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update rolling demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios.
Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and business inputs to create accurate demand plans.
Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to align forecasts with business objectives.
Monitor forecast performance and drive initiatives to improve Forecast Accuracy and reduce Forecast Bias.
Facilitate and support monthly demand review and forecast sign-off meetings with key business stakeholders.
Support product launches, portfolio changes, phase-outs, and other lifecycle management activities.
Contribute to process improvement projects and best-practice sharing within the Demand Planning function.
Ensure achievement of demand planning KPIs and support strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Forecasting, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with reporting and analytics tools.
Experience with demand planning systems (knowledge of Rapid Response / Maestro is an advantage).
Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
