Job Description

• Participating in the budgeting process and providing financial insights and support.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.
• Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, including variances between actual results and budgeted targets.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Supporting cost control initiatives and conducting profitability analyses.
• Assisting in the preparation of forecasts and financial models.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Supporting audits and contributing to continuous process improvements in financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Query for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with cost accounting and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
