R2R Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including general ledger management, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Perform GL reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support financial audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and system optimizations.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in RTR, with a focus on service delivery for Senior-level roles.
• Proficiency in RTR tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, and GenAI.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
