Job Title: Change Management Consultant – Senior Consultant
Profile Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant with a focus on cultural transformation and the adoption of data-driven practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in change management, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a background in the banking or public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and data culture adoption
- Assess organizational readiness for data collaboration and identify key enablers and blockers
- Design and implement communication strategies and training concepts to facilitate change
- Support the embedding of data governance roles and responsibilities across the organization
- Engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in consulting
- Proven experience in cultural transformation and change management
- Familiarity with data culture and governance frameworks
- Experience in the banking and/or public sector is highly preferred
