We are looking for a seasoned Senior TA/HR Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment processes (including IT roles)
and actively support broader HR initiatives.

- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including technical/IT and specialist roles
- Coordinating recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Sourcing candidates directly via LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach
- Building talent pipelines and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience
- Managing the internship program – planning, coordination, and supporting interns and mentors
- Participating in HR initiatives (onboarding, employee development, wellbeing, organizational culture)
- Supporting employer branding and internal communication efforts
- Tracking recruitment performance and generating reports
- Cooperating with external vendors like recruitment agencies,
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and monitoring the quality of external services
