Teams Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled specialist to join the Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment project for our client in Paris, at their new headquarters. This position offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The specialist will work closely with the client’s IT and project management teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of the Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment.
• Work with the client’s IT team to set up, configure, and test Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the deployment.
• Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide support to end-users during the transition to the new system.
• Contribute to training materials and user guides for Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Aid in project coordination and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
• Understanding of MTR deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
