We’re looking for Product Marketing Lead who will make users fall in love with our product.Someone who knows that effective marketing starts with deeply understanding the product and the value it delivers.


In this role, you will:

  • Help people understand, love, and fully leverage Livespace — so they see it not just as a CRM, but as a tool for scaling sales and managing their teams effectively,

  • Connect the product with real user needs,

  • Create communication, materials, and actions that increase feature adoption, retention, and expansion,

  • Support Customer Success and Marketing in identifying MQLs — both among potential customers and existing users,

  • Build and nurture the relationship between the product and users through onboarding, communication, and educational content,

  • Create communication that converts — from first website visit to trial activation and purchase decision,

  • Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities with the CS team and design actions that encourage customers to discover new features,

  • Produce case studies, video testimonials, and product materials that demonstrate real value.

 

Your key tasks will be:

  • Creating educational content that showcases the value of Livespace (feature descriptions, case studies, webinars),

  • Owning trial onboarding so new users immediately see the value of the product,

  • Co-creating and executing communication for new feature launches (feature adoption),

  • Designing campaigns for expansion and cross-sell - spotting growth potential within the existing customer base and passing MQLs to the CS team,

  • Co-creating lead generation initiatives based on the value of the product (webinars, reports, case studies, etc.),

  • Ensuring consistent messaging across marketing and product channels.


KPIs you’ll own

  • Trial-to-paid conversion rate,

  • Number of MQLs from lead-generation activities,

  • Number of MQLs from actions targeted at existing customers (expansion, cross-sell).

 

About you

  • experience in product marketing (SaaS / B2B tech is a strong plus),

  • ability to connect data, user needs, and communication.

  • understanding of B2B sales processes,

  • strong writing skills that make product value easy to understand,

  • experience creating case studies, testimonials, and customer stories,

  • comfortable communicating in English (Romanian is a plus).

 

Nice to have

  • experience acting as a website owner,

  • knowledge of tools such as WordPress, GA4, Hotjar, Looker, Pendo, UserPilot.

They collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver new functionalities, improve UX, and ensure Livespace evolves in a way that genuinely supports sales teams.
