💡 Your responsibilities:

• Execution of Online Research Projects in the PAYBACK Panels (DE + AT) for our clients.
• Sole Key Account Management in project scope of our clients (Research Institutes, Media agencies & Universities).
• Sample delivery, questionnaire scripting, field management & final data quality checks.
• Taking responsibility of different project requirements for our clients (like strict timings etc.).

✅ Your Profile:

• Min. 3 years of experience in the Online Market Research Industry.
• German Language Level at least B2.
• Bonus: Experience in questionnaire scripting (preferably in EFS by Tivian).
• Good communication skills & capability to manage clients as well as service providers.
• Knowledge & experience of empirical methodologies in the quantitative market research field.
• Skilled in common office programs as well as SPSS.
