Description

We are looking for an International Sales Specialist to join our team, responsible for selling products from various board game publishers across global markets. The position is based in Poland and offered by Lucky Duck Games, a member of the Goliath Group.


International Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets.

  • Manage the full international sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.

  • Respond to both established and unsolicited inquiries.


Partner Relationships

  • Lead online meetings to present new products, share updates, and gather information on stock levels and reprint requirements.

  • Develop a strong understanding of partner expectations, enabling accurate selection and recommendation of games that fit their assortment needs.

  • Conduct in‑depth analyses of partner portfolios and market conditions to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.


Trade Shows & Industry Events

  • Represent the company at major board game fairs and industry events, including Essen Spiel and Nuremberg Toy Fair.

  • Conduct client meetings, present new releases, gather interest, and identify potential new partnerships.


Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)

  • 2–4 years of experience in international sales, export management, or global business development

  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and business partners


Nice to Have

  • Additional foreign languages

  • Experience in the board games, hobbies, toys, or entertainment industry

  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, logistics processes, and export documentation
