Luigi’s Box is a SaaS solution for intuitive search 🔎, analytics 📉, and product recommendation for e-commerce. It ensures that your site delivers fast, relevant, and personalised results for every inquiry.
Some of our clients include Answear, Apart, Black Red White, Komfort, R-Gol, Lantre and other big names as well as more than 3,000 e-shops. 🛍️
We are constantly increasing the number of customers in Poland, we want to make sure that we build long-lasting and strong relationships through account manager role.

- B2B contract
- Compensation: fixed base from 2,000€ and commissions, stated as an invoiced amount
- Your target is Net Retention (>110%) and Gross Retention (>90%) on existing and newly onboarded customers on the Polish market
- Maintain strong relationship with existing and newly onboarded clients
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions with added value for the customer
- Collaborate closely with clients and Luigi’s Box’s team to co-create account-specific strategies that align with their e-commerce goals
- Identify and manage opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or features to existing clients
- Contract negotiations (upsells, cross-sells, renewals)
- Deep-dive into the Luigi’s Box product and it’s application for the e-commerce clients
- Foster strong relationships also with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure a great customer experience
- Maintain solid data quality in CRM, focus on actionable & relevant information
- 2+ year of account management quota-carrying experience in the Polish and/or EMEA market
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Have a great time-management in organising your tasks
- Excellent written and spoken Polish communication skills, at C2 level
- Solid English communication skills, at B1-C1 level
- Experience with Polish e-commerce segment is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems, as Hubspot
- You will sell one of the best Search SaaS solutions on the market – proven market fit
