We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our customers in Poland.

✍️ What you’ll be doing

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients in Poland and other EMEA markets

• Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio

• Save potential clients’ churns

• Help customers understand and use Luigi’s Box effectively to reach their goals

• Identify opportunities for upselling and client growth

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless service

• Maintain accurate records of your client interactions in HubSpot

• Gather feedback and share insights with the broader team
  

💫 What makes you a great fit

• 1+ years of account management or sales representative experience in the Polish and/or EMEA market

• Native-level Polish (C2) and solid English skills (B2–C1), both spoken and written

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

• Great time-management and task organisation

• Experience with the Polish e-commerce segment is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
