We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and implement automation and AI solutions for recruitment processes at scale. This is a technical, product-focused role—not a recruiter position. You will build and optimise AI agents, bots, and automated workflows that streamline sourcing, screening, communication, and pipeline management for our talent acquisition teams.
You will partner closely with recruiters, sales, and leadership to understand pain points and then deliver practical automation to improve speed, quality, and scale in all recruitment activities.
Main Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain AI-powered automation tools and bots for sourcing, candidate screening, communications, and workflow management

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), custom AI agents, and prompt-based solutions for candidate engagement and internal process automation

Develop and deploy microservices, APIs, and integrations between recruitment systems, ATS, CRM, and communication platforms

Identify bottlenecks in recruiter workflows and propose technical solutions using AI/ML, RPA, and workflow orchestration

Continuously evaluate and implement best-in-class AI tools for sourcing, matching, candidate assessment, and engagement

Work with vector databases and retrieval pipelines (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate), as required

Ensure reliability, scalability, and data privacy in all delivered solutions

Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, frameworks, and best practices
Tech Stack and Tools

Node.js, Python (strong hands-on required)

API development, webhooks, and workflow automation

ATS and CRM integrations

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as a software or AI/ML engineer

Proven record of delivering production-grade AI, automation, or data-driven systems

Deep experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering

Strong coding skills in Node.js and Python

Practical experience building integrations, APIs, and microservices

Knowledge of modern workflow automation and orchestration

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Full working proficiency in English (C1)
