We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate IT Recruiter who will help top tech specialists find their perfect career opportunities.

Your responsibilitiesAs an IT Recruiter at Madiff, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and tech consulting roles

• Source and headhunt top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other professional platforms

• Conduct candidate interviews, assessing both technical and soft skills

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and sales teams to understand hiring needs and project requirements

• Manage Zoho Recruit (ATS) and maintain structured candidate pipelines

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps)

• Fluent Polish and English

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proactive and self-driven approach to work
