System Analyst

We are currently seeking a System Analyst for a long-term engagement with a client in the financial sector. The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional specifications, maintaining documentation, and supporting delivery teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into clear, functional and technical documentation
• Support development teams through the entire software delivery lifecycle
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in enterprise-grade tools
• Facilitate UAT and support end-users during validation phases
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst
• Proficiency in creating use cases, user stories, and business process documentation
• Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect (or equivalents)
• Understanding of system integration and IT delivery processes (Agile/Waterfall)
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts
• Fluent Polish and good English (B2+)
