We’re looking for a wacky, vibrant Sales Manager with a drive to close big deals—someone who can mix consistency with creativity and bring an A-game daily. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and deal management to account management, partnering closely with marketing to move the needle.

Own the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and client acquisition to deal management and account growth, you’ll be the go-to person to drive revenue and expand relationships, working closely with a Marketing team.

HubSpot Champion: Leverage HubSpot for lead management, pipeline tracking, and customer engagement—making sure our CRM stays organized and up-to-date.

Deal Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Client Success, etc.) to close deals and build customized solutions that fit client needs.

Account Management & Growth: Nurture existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

AI Adoption & Experimentation: Stay curious about AI tools and experiment with new technologies that can optimize our sales processes.

Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech services).

HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience using HubSpot for pipeline management, sales automation, and analytics.

Ownership Mentality: You enjoy taking charge of projects from start to finish and thrive when given autonomy.

Tech & AI Enthusiasm: Eager to learn about AI-driven tools and processes—bonus points if you’ve already dabbled in any AI applications.
