Job location: Rzgów (near to Łódź)

Your responsibilities

• Searching for suppliers and contractors in the Polish and foreign markets
• Ability to integrate knowledge from different fields to solve complex problems
• Sending requests for quotations to subcontractors and suppliers
• Cooperation with contractors to find the best solution
• Analyzing offers and participating in price negotiations
• Settlements with subcontractors - preparing settlement protocols, summaries, and checking their compliance with the budget
• Collaboration with the Project Manager
• Keeping records of documentation for ongoing investments
• Preparing investment schedules, monitoring deadlines, preparing progress and final protocols, and supervising the progress of work both internally and with contractors

Our requirements

• Very good command of the English language
• Professional experience in an interdisciplinary team that combines experts and needs from various industries
• Ability to look for unconventional solutions
• Strong drive to achieve goals
• Logical thinking skills

Optional

• Experience working with project documentation will be an additional asset
• Knowledge of the construction industry will be an additional asset
