Along with ManpowerGroup Solutions, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Local Medical Safety Specialist located in Warsaw to support the global processes of our client. We are offering cooperation with one of the biggest pharmaceuticals concerns in Poland.   • Ensure effective management of the local Pharmacovigilance (PV) system in compliance with local regulations, company procedures, and applicable PV agreements

  • Act as a key medical safety partner locally, promoting PV compliance, safety awareness, and the Local Medical Safety mission

  • Manage and oversee Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), including collection, review, reporting, follow‑up, literature screening, and vendor oversight

  • Support ongoing PV compliance activities, including audit and inspection readiness, reconciliations, CAPA management, and timely escalation of safety issues

  • Ensure high‑quality day‑to‑day PV service delivery for medicinal products and medical devices, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and the local Marketing Authorization Holder

  • Handle safety‑related communications with Health Authorities and support responses to regulatory queries

  • Contribute safety expertise to local cross‑functional teams by providing medical insights, product and therapeutic area knowledge, and input into benefit‑risk discussions

  • Support local risk management and product compliance activities, including implementation of Risk Management Plans (RMPs), safety signals (if applicable), and local labeling updates (SmPC, PIL)

  • Participate in local, regional, or global medical safety projects and initiatives, supporting continuous process improvement and business continuity

  • Deliver and coordinate safety training (AE/PQC) for internal stakeholders, distributors, and vendors to ensure ongoing compliance and reporting awareness

  • Maintain compliance with required PV training curriculum and actively support a culture of quality and safety

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field

  • Previous experience in medical safety, pharmacovigilance, or a related area is preferred

  • Strong understanding of local medical safety regulations and reporting requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and safety database systems
