Tasks:
Manage procurement activities, including converting purchase requests into purchase orders and ensuring contract accuracy and completion
Identify and select suitable suppliers, conduct sourcing, inquiries, and price comparisons aligned with company requirements
Maintain regular communication with suppliers and monitor contract execution to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Oversee product returns, exchanges, and follow up on quality improvements
Drive the onboarding of new suppliers and support the introduction of new materials
Contribute to achieving the factory’s annual cost reduction goals through strategic sourcing and cost control initiatives
Monitor supplier contract performance and coordinate timely payment processing
Maintain and regularly update the approved supplier list based on evolving purchasing needs
Required skills and qualifications:
2–5 years of proven experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of hardware, consumables, PPE, equipment spare parts, and MRO (non-production purchasing)
Excellent command of both Polish and English, written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams and suppliers
Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and MS Office tools to streamline procurement processes and data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize lead times
High ethical standards and a professional approach to supplier relationships and contract management
Experience in developing strategic sourcing plans, category analysis, and forecasting to support business objectives
Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish and maintain reliable supplier networks
