For our client specialized in pharma industry we are recruiting for a role of Scientific Knowledge Associate who'll be responsible for scientific reviews of regional company materials with the aim of ensuring scientific accuracy, quality, and compliance of such material and to support the development and maintenance of standards, processes, and policies in support of the centralized Scientific Knowledge Management Model.

Job Tasks:

• Reviewing company materials in full accordance with internal SOPs and the EFPIA code
• Creating, reviewing, and approving references in internal electronic review platform on regional level
• Co-managing projects owned by SKMs from design phase to close-out thereby implementing internal company procedures and best practices
• Providing basic SKM engagement for TAs and/or products without dedicated SKMs, if needed
• Collaborate with the SKM leadership and SKMs as well as internal business partners from other functions such as IT in developing & implementing new and/or advancing existing digital processes and platforms relevant to SKM 
• Collaborate with the SKM leadership in analysing key performance indicators for SKM activities and identifying new metrics and measures
• Supporting SKMs with collecting scientific evidence in any kind of published form and storing them on digital platforms
• Management of content on SKM-owned platforms such as the Curated Materials Sharepoint, MAFHub etc.
• Collaborating with SKMs in creating and disseminating scientific communication tools such as bulletins/newsletters and holding pages and making these available to internal audiences via digital platform
• Collaborating with content owners from other functions, e.g. Marketing, and agencies involved in material creation
• Additional operational tasks within the scope of SKM may be assigned on a case-by-case basis by the SKM Director or SKMs.

• Reporting into SKA team lead
• Collaborating closely with other SKAs within the AGILE framework and under the guidance of the respective SKMs

Requirements:

Essential experience/knowledge:

• Academic degree (BSc or higher, preferably in a STEM subject)
• Able to understand & interpret scientific evidence and its visualisation
• Experienced with using various IT systems, in particular Microsoft O365 applications
• Prior experience with digital databases, e.g. having worked with scientific literature databases
• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations

Beneficial experience/knowledge:

• Basic understanding of compliance rules governing pharmaceutical industry or having worked in pharmaceutical industry, e.g. in Medical Information/ Industry Quality Control or related fields, or industry material review and approvals/sign-offs
• Basic knowledge in data analysis and interpretation
• Basic understanding and experience of Agile framework
• Experience of working in a virtual team and supporting team members who are not co-located
