Maintaining and developing key IT sales support systems in cooperation with Sales, SRM, Finance, Demand Planning, Governance, KAM managers and other supporting departments. Ensuring system continuity and diagnosing needs and tool development areas in cooperation with the regional support team, MGS Digital Technologies and solution providers. Responsibility for system implementation of key sales department processes - SRM, planning of trade expenses and volumes. Ensuring continuity of reporting, recommendations and implementation of new solutions in this area.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Ensuring that the tool is maintained at its maximum efficiency. Performing the function of a system Analyst and taking part in projects aimed at improving the processes that the tool supports. Ensuring the correctness of data, creating tickets in platform, quick response and resolution to emerging bugs.

• Performing the role of a specialist in the field of system support for the trade expenditure process. Making decisions regarding the system configuration, participating in the process of designing future solutions, testing enhancements.

• Ensuring the correctness of basic data through cooperation with teams responsible for a given area. Ensuring appropriate communication of all key matters related to the entrusted area.

• Controlling access to systems, managing the pool of available licenses. Training new users, analyzing processes affecting business changes. Ensuring effective implementation of processes with minimal risk of business continuity.

• Collaboration with the regional and global coordinator of the Visualfabriq system area and the Mars DT department in order to implement the IT support strategy for the Sales Department. Collaboration with the supplier during maintenance and testing of changes in the system.

• Close cooperation in explaining problems in the operations and integration of systems with Sales, Finance, SRM, Demand Planning Team. Understanding of Trade Expenditures planning and Volume Planning Processes.

• Active support in the field of reporting, mapping business needs and methods of addressing them using available tools.

• Close cooperation in solving incidents and problems in this area with the external tool supplier and/or regional/global system maintainer.

• Initiative - proposing solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and/or facilitating work with tools. High assessment of cooperation by main internal customers - One Demand Team and Line Manager.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of professional experience gained at similar position in an international company.

• Proven track record working with/ being a key user of Visualfabriq or CAS Salesforce or some RGM systems.

• Master Degree, MS Office (Excel), good command of Polish and English, Professional knowledge of computer systems – Specialist or Analyst level.

• Experience in working and analyzing IT/Sales Systems and implementing processes are essential.

• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.

• Understanding of Sales, Finance or Strategic Revenue Management processes.

• Proven track record cooperating with various internal stakeholders (KAM, SRM, Demand Planning teams).

• Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills.

• Python / R practical knowledge would be a great advantage.

• High learning agility is required.

• Fluent Polish and English.
