Job Description:
The Sales Representative (VET) will drive accelerated growth in the Veterinary Business Pillar by achieving strategic goals through direct calls and meetings with Veterinary Clinics and by identifying opportunities which develop new business and increase points of distribution.
Location: Subcarpathian Voivodeship (Podkarpackie); part of Lesser Poland (Małopolskie)
Duration: Interim role – until 2026
What are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree – desirably vet/bio/chem/zootechnical education
- 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience preferably in vet clinics.
- Possession of a driver’s license.
- The ability to travel and be mobile for up to a third of the calendar year.
- Focus on achieving qualitative and quantitative results.
- Self-motivation, ability to learn quickly, loyalty.
- Flexibility and the ability to effectively cooperate with colleagues and customers and manage time and work independently.
- A thorough understanding of the customer, market dynamics and requirements.
- Communicative English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory by utilizing strong selling skills while developing and understanding customer needs to increase growth of sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key individuals within the clinics and continue to identify new potential clinics and set strategies to align customers for recommending Royal Canin product as their primary therapeutic diet for their clients/patients.
- Collaborate with your team and other company associates to provide valuable contributions to the company and provide customer insights to your regional team.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, regional and company meetings/conference calls.
- Complete weekly activity, expense, and other ad-hoc reporting.
