CUSTOMER TECHNICAL FOOD SERVICE ANALYST (m/f)

Fix-term until the end of February 2027 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, external customers, and other departments daily about various aspects of customer quality.

·       Complete and review finished products specifications for McCormick brands, Industrial, Quick Service Restaurants, Private Label and Retails customers

·       Create and manage raw material, semi-finished, finished products and packaging microbiological, sensory, chemical and physical inspection plans for McCormick manufacturing plants in Canada and USA

·       Act as a point of contact in relation to technical / quality assurance related queries for external customers as per account.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·       Food Technology Diploma or related qualification

·       Fluent English is required

·       Previous experience in the food industry (e.g. Quality assurance, technical, R&D, customer services)

·       Knowledge of quality systems preferable e.g. ISO, BRC, EFSIS

·       Advanced level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, Outlook, Devex, and Lotus Notes desirable)

·       Knowledge of Food Safety Quality Systems/Food Certification Standards (Halal/Kosher/Organic) will be an advantage

·       Understands specific food safety management issues, possesses sufficient understanding on product composition.

·       Good oral and written communication skills

·       Organized, methodical, good attention to detail

·       Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with a high sense of urgency

·       Willing to work in rotating shifts (morning / afternoon)
