Role Overview:

As part of our continuous growth in our business, we are looking for two Customer Service Representatives with English skills to join our back-office team either in Poland, Finland or Germany. As a Customer Service Representative you will be in daily contact with our sales representatives and their customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Active support for sales representatives and customers

• Ensuring complete management of orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to customers, including management in internal systems - SAP and others

• Monitoring the overall progress of orders from entry to invoicing

• Regular communication with customers and sales representatives

• Completing tasks assigned by direct supervisors

• Communication and collaboration across departments

• Teamwork with other Customer Service Representatives where needed

Requirements:

• Communicative personality with a positive attitude

• Responsibility and thoroughness, proactive in handling unexpected situations

• Team player able to work in a cross-cultural team

• Good MS Office skills and preferably first experience and skills in SAP

• Fluent English skills

• Relevant work experience in customer service is seen as an advantage

• Flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment

• Willingness to develop
