The recruitment process will be made up of 4-5 stages. First, we'll take a look at your CV. If everything matches up you will meet with an HR person (for about 1h). It will most likely be Kasia. After this stage, there'll be a recruitment task for the selected people (we will wait about 4-5 days for the results of your work). The 4th stage of recruitment will be a meeting with Adam (Executive Chairman), Kamil (Head of Sales) and Magda (Content Manager) - you will need to book about 2 hours in your calendar. We hope this will be the end of it because it's a lot of work anyway. If it's not, we'll arrange one more meeting between Adam and the best candidates. Sound like a plan?

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing strategy and execution. You’ll bring fresh ideas and take ownership of initiatives that elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business results. This role is perfect for someone who loves both: crafting strategies and getting things done.
What you'll do

shape the marketing strategy: define and execute marketing initiatives aligned with our business goals;

campaign excellence: create, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that truly speak to our target audience and drive high-quality MQLs;

analytics & insights: analyze campaign performance to understand what works and what doesn't, then use that insights to make smart decisions.

website redesign: take charge of our website updates to improve the user experience and align with our branding efforts;

team leadership: lead and inspire our marketing team, helping them to grow and deliver great results;

budget management: keep an eye on our marketing budget and make sure we're investing in the right places (optimal allocation and ROI).

Who you are
- you've spent 4-6+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a software consulting or tech company;
- a strategic thinker who's equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves for operational tasks;
- data-driven decision maker with experience in performance marketing, analytics and lead generation;
- you have strong business acumen and think naturally regarding KPIs and bottom-line impact;
- you can put yourself in our client's shoes and understand their business challenges;
- you understand what makes B2B and B2C sales funnels tick, and how they differ;
- you're known for thinking differently and coming up with creative solutions;
- you've led teams before and genuinely enjoy helping others grow;
- you're proactive and bring a can-do attitude to everything you do;
- you thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly evolving.
What we'd like to see
- that you know your way around marketing tools like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, AdRoll, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics, Ahrefs, Zapier, Typeform, Albacross or Leadfeeder, HubSpot, Hotjar;
- a proven track record of successfully implementing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
- that you have a knack and practical knowledge of creating landing pages and A/B testing;
- knowledge and understanding of demand generation techniques, marketing automation solutions and analytics tools;
- you're an experienced pro when it comes to performance marketing, SEO, ABM strategies and sales funnel optimization
- you were born as a natural team leader and have proven experience in team leadership;
- solid budget management experience;
- that you're a people person, and you're great at building relationships across different departments;
- and of course, very good English skills (minimum B2 level)
