AP Accountant Assistant f/m/d (Mandatory Contract)

You will be supporting our AP Team in daily accounting activities and month-end closing of various reporting units.

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces 💻.

• Posting of IC invoices. 

• Closing AP books and completing AP account reconciliation. 

• Managing generic mailbox 📧. 

• Bank data confirmation process in English.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.

• Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing, minimum B2 is a must).

• Numerical and analytical skills📊.

• Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions❓.

• Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes📣.

• Good communication skills to collaborate with customers.

• Attention to details🔎.
