Junior AR Accountant with French (all genders)

Joining our Team as Junior AR Accountant (Accounts Receivable) you will be will be responsible for performing daily accounting duties in accounts receivable area and month-end closing activities of various reporting units.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Posting incoming payments (domestic and foreign) and clarifying unclear payments,

• Contact with customers regarding the overdue invoices in French & English (phone 25%; email 75%),

• Working on the aging list in excel,

• Monitoring of customers’ orders, credit limits, payment terms and risk factors️,

• Managing of the generic mailbox,

• Creating tickets in case of system issues,

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts from AR area,

• Daily contact with different business areas,

• Interacting with internal and external auditors.

What You Need to Succeed

• Very good knowledge of French and English (C1),

• Excel (basic level)️,

• Numerical and analytical skills,

• Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions❓,

• Good communication skills to collaborate with customers,

• Attention to details,

• Experience in Accounting in Shared Service organization will be an asset.
