Junior Order Entry Specialist with English

Due to expansion and growth of our team we are looking for a new person who will join us! 🚀

The Junior Sales Administration Specialist receives purchase orders directly from the end customer, enters them into SAP and sorts out all possible obstacles until the customer receives the ordered products. In addition, he/ she delivers customer services to Mettler-Toledo end customers via email.

Your tasks: 

•  Entering purchase orders into SAP in an efficient and accurate way, 
•  Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP CRM, 
•  Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally, 
•  Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.

What You Need to Succeed

• Good knowledge of English at least B2 level (written and spoken),
• Very good MS Office skills,
• Strong focus to details and customer orientation,
• Good organizing skills and ability to work according to the process and procedures, 
• First professional experience will be a plus (eg. as assistant, intern, waiter/waitress, etc.).
