(Senior) Financial Controller

About Our Client

For our client - an international real estate company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Financial Controller. The employed person will work directly with the Head of Finance and will be responsible for all controlling aspects in the company. This may be an attractive position for people who feel confident as an independent specialist and would like to expand their scope of tasks, e.g. by coordinating the work of one person at the same time.

Job Description

• Preparing budgets and forecasts for SPVs
• Reporting to the group (IFRS) and supporting financial consolidation
• Preparing management information (financial and operational)
• Cash flow forecasting and management
• Bank reporting
• Financial modelling for potential new investments
• Cooperation with accounting, auditors and advisory companies
• Supporting various finance projects:
• Transformation of companies
• Due diligence
• System implementations
• Setting up new procedures or modifications

The Successful Applicant

• Min. 5 years of experience in finance
• Proven financial controlling experience in real estate industry
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Advanced knowledge of English (B2/C1)
• Financial audit background - nice to have
• ACCA or CIMA (also in progress) - nice to have
• Commitment, focus on achieving goals
• High interpersonal and analytical skills
