The platform connects offers from hundreds of sellers across Europe, making it easier to search and compare availability and prices.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized installers within the region.
- Actively engage with installers to increase their usage of the platform and drive sales.
- Provide regular feedback to the product team on platform functionalities based on user interactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize penetration within the installer market.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to activate promotions and other initiatives aimed at small businesses.
- Experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of small and medium sized installers.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve account performance.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian or German will be an asset
