- Manage finance and accounting teams in two locations in Poland
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for business projects
- Interpret financial data to assess past performance and project future trends
- Support in ongoing SAP implementation
- Ensure smooth data flow for accurate monthly closing.
- Maintain budget monitoring systems and recommend cost improvements
- Relevant experience in a finance position, preferably in an international production environment
- Master degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing financial teams
- Proven experience in analysing and interpreting data, creating relevant reports and communicate insights to all layers of the organisation
- Experience with implementation of ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Ability to influence management decisions with facts and figures
- Good understanding of Polish Gaap, IFRS, accounting processes
- Very good oral and written skills of English command
- Highly accountable and proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- M&A integration experience a plus
