Job Description


  • Create a clear plan for understanding factory performance and making decisions to reach desired outcomes. This plan should include strategy, risk assessment, opportunity analysis, and key performance indicators.
  • To manage performance in European sites, coordinate the management cycle with strategy, risk assessments, and key performance indicators. This promotes consistency and success.
  • To improve operations and results, review factory locations with commercial division goals in mind as part of performance management.
  • Encourage all factories to thoroughly examine their profit and loss statements in order to discover and implement cost-saving measures, such as reducing waste, optimizing material usage, minimizing utility expenses, adjusting employee shift schedules, and refining product formulations.
  • Ensure that Controllers dedicate time to "walking the shop floor" in order to grasp the challenges and objectives of the Operations departments. This involvement should be integrated into Operations to provide support and contribute to goal achievement.
  • Take the initiative to improve processes related to forecasting, analyzing actuals, creating management reports, and planning for business.
  • Provide on-demand insights and suggestions to assist the team in charge of managing the supply chain in Europe, the manufacturing supervisor, and the cluster heads.
  • Provide more effective business performance analysis for European supply chain.



The Successful Applicant


  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA, CIMA, MBA, CFA certificate.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar area.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Display effective communication skills, enabling the clear delivery of complex financial and performance information to diverse audiences.
  • Showcase a proven history of guiding team members' development, adeptly navigating uncertainty and change.
  • Present yourself as a high-impact individual with a well-defined sense of self, comfortable engaging with senior executive management.
