Job Description

• Develop and execute the financial strategy to support company's growth and operational goals in the frozen food and beverage markets.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Manage the implementation and reporting of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, ensuring alignment with industry standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead treasury operations, including cash management, funding strategies, and risk assessment to optimize liquidity and financial resources.
• Develop and execute tax strategies to ensure compliance with regulations while maximizing tax efficiencies.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and provide insights to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing best practices in finance and accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP SAP systems.
