- Overseeing the local HR department while aligning with the broader group to implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Contributing to shaping the organization's vision and fostering a strong corporate culture.
- Developing and executing HR plans to address critical business needs in a rapidly evolving environment, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Assessing the needs of employees and the organization, and crafting sustainable solutions to meet those demands.
- Leading and managing the HR team, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the ongoing growth and development of team members.
- Overseeing payroll functions, managing external vendors, and ensuring accurate HR-related reporting.
- Enforcing and enhancing company policies and procedures, introducing improvements where necessary.
- Driving the continuous evolution of HR programs focused on recruitment, employee retention, compensation, and professional development.
- Supporting managers and employees with key HR activities while fostering effective collaboration across various departments.
- Ensuring all HR policies and practices comply with applicable local regulations and proactively communicating with stakeholders when needed.
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience within a shared service organization is essential, prior experience leading a team is advantageous
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong knowledge of Polish employment laws and HR regulations in order to ensure compliance
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
