- Perform the Target Setting Process - cooperating with the UE countries to support territory design within a scheduled timeframe
- Collaborate with identified BU representatives to support and define Incentive strategy
- Deal with different Datasets and Databases - especially SQL-based knowledge and use the technical capabilities to drive Transformation and Optimization in a digitalization environment
- Implement innovative solutions to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the sales department
- Seek innovation in analytical tools and techniques to gain competitive advantage.
- Monitor and analyze team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides conclusive reports and recommendations.
- Implement decisions Increasing the effectiveness of field forces through regular complex analysis, optimization of business processes, the use of effective tools and techniques to manage SF
- Implement and own the operational calculation of Sales Incentives quarterly for specific regions for a defined Business Unit
- Identify the next-generation process for Incentives moving towards automation/centralization and standardization
- Work with HR, Commercial, IT and Finance teams
- Excellent analytical Skills combined with excellent technical skills mainly in MS Office Applications (VBA, Excel, Power-pivot, Powerpoint)
- Experience in Incentive is a plus
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
