For our Client, international FMCG company we are looking for an experince candidte in Traditional Trade and QSR Channel, who will be responsible for develope polish market.
- Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with clients in the Traditional Trade Channel, Food Service
- Regular meetings with clients, cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish, building long term partnership cooperation with Clients, negotiate strategic contracts for the company
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and assortment optimization
- Develop and execute joint business plans, to achieve mutual objectives and long-term profitability.
- Analyze the market trends, competitors activities, identify business opportunities
- Implement optimalisation, process and procedures
- Pricing Policy Coordination, monitoring trends, insights, market
- Produce sales forecasts, follow up on budgets, and set margins within the area of responsibility.
- Min 5 to 7 years experience in sales department in FMCG industry
- Knowledge and experience in Traditional Trade Channel, work experience in C&C, wholesale, Food Service Channel
