Job Description

• Guide and grow a skilled team of analysts.
• Collaborate with teams from procurement, logistics, and operations to gather insights and offer financial advice to support key decisions.
• Lead the review of financial data related to supply chain activities, spotting patterns, differences, and chances for cost reduction and better efficiency.
• Create and share detailed financial reports and dashboards with senior leaders, providing clear information on supply chain performance, risks, and areas to improve.
• Supervise the management of actual results, forecasts, and the yearly budgeting process for the supply chain function across the region, ensuring they match organizational objectives and plans.
• Find and apply best practices and improvements to make financial planning, analysis, and reporting more effective for the supply chain.
• Serve as a strategic partner to supply chain leaders, using data and insights to guide strategies and actions for better results.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain finance or FP&A, focusing on leadership roles.
• Solid experience in yearly budgeting, forecasting, and managing performance.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of a second language is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a similar field (MBA or CPA is an advantage).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a diverse team.
• Hands-on experience with various ERP systems and the ability to combine data from different sources to create a clear picture of performance.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and solving problems.
