Senior Process Excellence O2C Specialist
Your responsibilites:
Analysis of O2C processes in MGS;
redesign processes using best practice;
identify continuous improvement opportunities in O2C processes (quality, efficiency);
lead the execution of proposed changes, improvements and projects;
identify and address control gaps;
generating and presenting to diffrent stakeholders the reports;
coordinating cooperation with other departments (ex IT, Operational Teams)
Our requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC or GBS environments;
professional English proficiency at B2+ level;
strong E2E understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and supporting systems (focus on Accounts Receivable);
proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;
proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;
hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);
ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change.
