Process Excellence O2C Lead
Your responsibilites:
▪ Analysis of O2C processes in MGS;
▪ redesign processes using best practice;
▪ identify continuous improvement opportunities in O2C processes (quality, efficiency);
▪ lead the execution of proposed changes, improvements and projects;
▪ identify and address control gaps;
▪ generating and presenting to diffrent stakeholders the reports;
▪ coordinating cooperation with other departments (ex IT, Operational Teams)
Our requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC, or GBS environments;
• english proficiency at B2+ level;
• experience in process driven roles (Process SME, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation);
• proactivity, curiosity, and strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and take the lead in cross functional, global initiatives;
• ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders;
• working knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies;
• advanced SAP expertise, particularly S/4HANA and CRM ideally as an SAP Key User in financial areas;
• capability to define, track, and monitor O2C KPIs (e.g. DSO, cash collection efficiency);
• experience using Power BI and reporting / visualization tools to support data driven analysis and business cases.
