Senior Process Excellence O2C Specialist

Your responsibilites:

• Analysis of O2C processes in MGS;

• redesign processes using best practice;

• identify continuous improvement opportunities in O2C processes (quality, efficiency);

• lead the execution of proposed changes, improvements and projects;

• identify and address control gaps;

• generating and presenting to diffrent stakeholders the reports;

• coordinating cooperation with other departments (ex IT, Operational Teams)

Our requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC or GBS environments;

• professional English proficiency at B2+ level;

• strong E2E understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and supporting systems (focus on Accounts Receivable);

• proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;

• proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;

• hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);

• ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change.
