Senior O2C Process Improvement Specialist
Your responsibilites:
Analyze and optimize O2C processes in line with market best practices, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (Cash Application, Cash Collection, Credit Management)
drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, internal controls, and key performance indicators;
identify and implement automation and AI opportunities within O2C processes;
lead end-to-end change initiatives within the O2C area;
manage projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and tracking of delivered benefits;
act as a key contact for parties involved in improvement process;
provide clear and structured updates on progress, outcomes, and business impact to management;
monitor market trends and benchmark O2C practices against external standards and peer organizations where relevant.
Our requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC or GBS environments;
professional English proficiency at B2+ level;
strong E2E understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes;
proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;
proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;
hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);
