We are a team of three and we are looking for a Creative Engine to join our team - an AI-Driven Content Creator.

Someone who doesn’t just “create content” — but who engineers the entire creative process that generates leads.

Someone who thrives on turning a single business goal (e.g., "we need more consultation calls") into a complete, persuasive experience - from the webinar script and presentation, through the ad copy, to the final edited VSL.

🧡Hard skills we value:

1. VSL / Webinar Production: You understand the psychology of a sales webinar and can structure it, write a compelling script, and design the presentation slides.

2. AI-Driven Copywriting & Storytelling: You write magnetic copy (for ads, scripts, landing pages) and use AI (ChatGPT/Gemini) as a true co-pilot for research, drafting, and iteration.

3. Hands-on Video Editing: You can take raw footage and turn it into a dynamic, engaging video using tools like CapCut, Clipchamp, or Canva.

4. AI Image Generation: You know your way around tools like Midjourney, DALL-E or Nano Banana to create unique assets for ads and presentations.

5. Polish Language - native

6. English Language - C1 (fluent in writing and speaking)

🧡What you'll actually be doing:

• Design and produce lead-generating materials from scratch (webinars, VSLs, presentations) in both Polish and English.

• Write the scripts, ad copy, and narratives that fuel our marketing.

• Edit and assemble video content (webinars, short-form, VSLs) in CapCut/Canva/Clipchamp.

• Be the creative partner for our team– taking ideas from "what if..." to "it's live."

• Use AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Sora, Nano Banana, Imagen, Midjourney etc.) daily to accelerate your creative workflow.

• Upload and manage the creative assets in our paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn) based on the team's strategy (this is a simple execution task, not a strategic one).

• Propose new creative formats and strategies – you’re a partner, not just an executor.

After 7 days:

• You’ll know our clients, tools, rituals, and communication style.

• You’ll get familiar with real campaigns and the way we structure our creative assets.

• You’ll be paired with one of our founders as your mentor.

After 1 month:

• You’ll own 1–2 creative assets end-to-end (e.g., a short VSL or an ad campaign).

• You’ll be writing ad copy, editing videos, and generating AI graphics.

• You’ll know how to use AI to speed up, clean up, or kickstart almost anything.

After 3 months:

• You’ll be designing and launching entire webinar funnels.

• You’ll be running creative experiments (e.g., testing new VSL scripts).

• You’ll be making strategic creative decisions based on what converts — not just what looks good.

After 6 months:

• You’ll have a portfolio of wins (and valuable lessons from failures).

• You’ll be mentoring others (or a new AI tool).

• You’ll know exactly what your strongest skills are — and where you want to double down.

We keep things lean, human and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

1. You complete the recruitment sheet - a mix of short tasks and questions that help us get to know how you think, what you care about, and what you can already do.

2. You meet our Project Manager - a casual conversation to talk through your answers, ask anything you want, and make sure there’s mutual alignment.

3. You meet our Founder - we go deeper — into values, how we work, what we’re building, and how you might shape it with us.

4. We invite you to join - if it clicks on both sides, you get an offer and we start the onboarding process.
