You’ll be paired with one of our founders as your mentor
After 1 month:
You’ll own 1–2 projects end-to-end
You’ll be briefing creatives, overseeing landing pages, and optimizing flows
You’ll know how to use AI to speed up, clean up, or kickstart almost anything
After 3 months:
You’ll lead cross-functional teams
You’ll run internal experiments (e.g. testing a better briefing SOP)
You’ll be making strategic decisions based on client outcomes — not just tasks
After 6 months:
You’ll have a portfolio of wins
You’ll be mentoring others
You’ll know exactly what your strongest skills are — and where you want to double down
This isn’t just about tasks. It’s about building your career capital.
What you'll actually be doing
Own and organize projects — from campaign briefs to final launch
Build and refine systems that help the team move faster and smarter
Spot inefficiencies, then fix them (automate, templatize, or simplify)
Coordinate between strategists, designers, copywriters, and media buyers
Use tools like ClickUp, Slack, Loom, and Notion to keep work visible and async-friendly
Write prompts, drafts, briefs — and refine them with AI as your co-pilot
Brief creatives and give clear, constructive feedback
Track results, connect the dots, and flag what needs attention
Propose improvements that scale: better dashboards, smarter SOPs, cleaner flows
This is not a task-checking role. This is a thinking role. We’re looking for someone who wants to shape the way we work, not just maintain it.
