Technical Support & Cloud Intern

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to “look under the hood” of systems, while also being able to explain technical complexities to clients with a smile (and patience). If Linux is your good friend and React isn’t unfamiliar to you – we’re waiting for you!

🟪 Your profile:

Technical DNA: You are comfortable working in a Linux environment (you can efficiently navigate the terminal and diagnose issues).

Automation: You understand Bash syntax well enough to write and maintain simple scripts that improve workflow.

Cloud & Docker knowledge: You are familiar with GCP services (VM, Storage, IAM) and understand how containers and registries work.

Frontend & Data: You know the basics of React and TypeScript, and writing queries in Postgres (SQL) is not a mystery to you.

Communication: You have at least a B2 level of English and can respond to client inquiries clearly and patiently (via email and phone).

Processes: You understand the concept of CI/CD (especially GitHub Actions) and know that basic testing is key to peace of mind.

🟪 What will you be doing?

• Supporting ongoing services and troubleshooting in a Linux environment

• Configuring and monitoring cloud resources (GCP)

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of React/TypeScript projects

• Handling client requests – you’ll be our “voice,” explaining and resolving issues with patience

• Writing simple scripts to automate repetitive tasks
