Google Ads Specialist (Full-time)

We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist to support our performance marketing team. If you are passionate about Google Ads, love turning data into performance, and know how to make campaigns work - this role is for you. Experience in an agency environment is a plus.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns across the full funnel (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4, and the ability to structure campaigns with KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CPL in mind.

• You know how to read data from GA4, GSC reports, and dashboards across PowerBI, Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, or similar tools. Numbers don't overwhelm you - they empower your decisions.

• You have familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms and understand how e-commerce ecosystems connect with performance marketing.

• Experience with tools like Supermetrics, DataFeedWatch, or similar for reporting and feed optimization is a plus.

• You have tested and used AI-powered marketing tools and are eager to explore how AI can enhance performance marketing.

• You have proven success in growing campaigns across different markets with clear KPI improvements.

• You are fluent in English (B2 minimum). German is a plus.

• Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing) and Google Ads certifications

  • Experience in Social Media Channels, like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, or other.

What You’ll Do

• Planning, executing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

• Managing campaign budgets with a strong focus on ROI and KPIs

• Monitoring performance and continuously optimizing campaigns based on data insights

• Creating reports and actionable recommendations for our clients and internal teams

• Collaborating with Internal Performance Team of MONSOON, Creative and Client teams in an international environment

• Testing new strategies, formats and automation solutions
