Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for Google Ads Specialist.

The ideal candidate is a specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

We require knowledge of optimizing paid campaigns within the Google ecosystem, and prior agency experience is a plus.

Our expectations include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid SEA (Search Engine Advertising) campaigns and proficiency in using tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Operational experience in optimizing Google Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
• Proficient communication skills in English, at a B2 level. Our team and clients speak English on a daily basis.
• Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns and advertising strategies focused on delivering specific business results.
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Effective task management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas to the team and clients and giving and receiving feedback.
• Curiosity and a commitment to expanding your skills and knowledge in online marketing.
• Knowledge and ability to manage Microsoft Ads will be considered as an advantage.
• Experience with other advertising systems is a significant advantage.
• German language will be considered as a significant advantage.

What will your tasks involve?

• Building campaigns from scratch, implementing and managing them in Google advertising systems.
• Data analysis, assessing campaign effectiveness, implementing optimization actions based on available data, and communicating the results within the team and to clients.
• Creating reports presenting campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google Ads, or Looker Studio.
• Participating in regular meetings with the team or clients to present the results of marketing activities.
