Position: Organic Social Media Manager

We're searching for a talented storyteller capable of crafting and implementing engaging organic social media strategies to help our clients thrive.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop creative and effective social media strategies.

✔️ Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing strategists to deliver engaging social media content.

✔️ Manage client's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

✔️ Analyze and report on social media performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

✔️ Devise new social media campaigns and optimize existing ones, ensuring alignment with client's objectives.

✔️ Understand the client's business and target audience needs to deliver valuable social media content.

✔️ Recommend performance improvements.

✔️ Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

✔️ Analyze competitor activity.

✔️ Monitor social media KPIs.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

✔️ Proven track record (portfolio or case studies preferred).

✔️ Proficient in spoken and written English (we speak with our Clients in English).

✔️ Excellent communication skills.

✔️ Strong project management and self-management skills.

✔️ Attention to detail.

✔️ Analytical skills to evaluate your work.
