In Gdańsk, we have our Business Support Center as well as teams responsible for sales, IT, and marketing.

Your responsibilites:

• Preparation and analysis of sales reports & profitability reports in various dimensions,
• Participation in preparations of short and long term forecasting,
• Preparing and analyzing of monthly financial and production reporting,
• Participating and challenging in savings & improvements initiatives in various areas (e.g. Production or Supply Chain),
• Identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement of processes and tools,
• Coordinating movement of Excel reporting into Power BI reporting,
• Preparing ad hoc analyses in accordance with the Leadership Team needs.

Our requirements:

• Relevant experience in Financial Controlling or/and in Audit
• University degree in accounting or finance field
• Experience working with Power BI and Power Query will be considered as a plus
• Well-developed analytical and organizational skills
• Very good communication skills (both Polish and English)
• Being task oriented and challenging status quo
• Ability to work in a fast changing environment
• Ability to work under time pressure
• CIMA/ACCA certificates will be an asset
• Experience with Production Controlling will be considered as a plus
