Senior Data EngineerWe’re hiring a Senior Data Engineer to take on the challenge of unifying fragmented, messy datasets into a centralized, real-time database of all active independent healthcare practices and billing companies. Your work will power advanced AI workflows and high-scale data operations that sit at the heart of mission-critical marketing initiatives for a major U.S. software company.

🧠 Core Responsibilities

Data Ingestion & Infrastructure

• Design and build a net-new data warehouse using Snowflake or similar tool.

• Maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest large-scale datasets via web scraping and APIs.

• Implement deduplication, field validation, and change tracking to ensure data quality and longitudinal analytics.

Integrations & Data Syncing

• Build and support data integrations with third party tools.

• Enable near real-time updates to systems using event-based syncs and monitoring dashboards.

• Contribute to the execution of re-enrichment loops, field mapping QA, and sync monitoring.

Operational Automation & Monitoring

• Help automate re-enrichment triggers, suppression logic, and SLA alerts for stale data.

• Build visibility through dashboards and Slack alerts for sync issues, gaps, or data freshness concerns.

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You Have

• Strong experience with Snowflake (or similar), ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing.

• Experience scraping unstructured web data at scale using tools like Apify, SerpAPI, or Puppeteer or similar. 

• A product-oriented mindset—you care about schema design, data governance, and maintainability and can act like an owner.

• Familiarity with event-driven data flows, API integrations, and modern AI platforms.

💼 Nice To Have But Not Mandatory

• Exposure to Marketing, RevOps, or Sales teams, or interest in building tools that support them, and modern AI marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Clay) is a plus but not required.

• Interest in AI/NLP applications and how they interact with broader systems.
