German-Speaking B2B Sales Representative (f/m/d) – Custom Furniture | Poznań
About MYCS MYCS is a dynamically growing Polish mid-sized furniture design and manufacturing company. We specialize in high-quality custom-made furniture and sell directly to clients in Germany and France.
We are based in Kostrzyn near Poznań (production) with an office in Poznań. We have developed one of the most advanced B2B furniture configurators on the market, allowing interior designers and carpenters to easily design and order custom furniture for their clients.
We are now significantly expanding our client base in Germany and are looking for a motivated sales professional to drive this growth.
Your responsibilities:
Actively acquiring new B2B partners (interior designers, interior architects, and carpentry companies) through scheduled sales calls
Cold calling and pipeline building using our provided lead database
Cooperating with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders in the interior design sector
Representing MYCS at major trade fairs in Germany (e.g. IMM Cologne, BAU Munich)
Providing product feedback to improve our configurator and value proposition
Requirements (must-have):
German – native or full professional proficiency (C2)
Polish or English – very good command (C1/C2)
Willingness to work on-site in Poznań or Kostrzyn at least 3 days per week
Strong sales and communication skills
High energy, motivation and hunter mentality
Big advantage:
Experience in interior design, furniture design or custom furniture production
Proven B2B sales experience
What we offer:
Base salary 12,000 – 22,000 PLN gross/month (depending on qualifications)
