NapoleonCat is a B2B SaaS social media marketing startup with customers on seven continents. We help brands conquer social media by offering marketers an array of tools for social customer care, analytics and reporting.

As a Customer Support Advisor at NapoleonCat you will:

  • Provide technical and non-technical support to our customers from around the world.
  • Assist customers with their problems through chat.
  • Provide technical support to our Sales Team by solving client needs through video demos.
  • Manage tickets and collaborate with the R&D and Product Teams to ensure that our technical needs are addressed.
  • Participate in beta tests of new platform functionalities.
  • Proactively collaborate with other NapoleonCat teams to provide the best technical experience for our customers.


We’re looking for:

  • We're looking for at least 12 months of experience in chat support or customer service, ideally in IT, SaaS or e-commerce.
  • You should be a technical or analytical person capable of solving complex problems.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal Polish and English.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A thorough understanding of business and customers, and the ability to combine these two areas.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools and processes - we use a stack of business tools to manage and automate our work.
  • A proactive approach and curiosity to learn more about the industry, product, and customers.
  • Social media knowledge is a plus.
