We’re on a mission to make borderless business banking simple, secure, and scalable — powering companies across industries to move money smarter with Bank-as-a-Service, white-label IBANs, crypto OTC, and custom banking solutions.
Your Mission
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can turn complex fintech into clear, compelling stories that drive growth.
What You’ll Do
Own our marketing strategy – Shape Narvi’s brand voice, positioning, and narrative across all channels, regions, and product lines.
Be hands-on with content – From writing posts to designing visuals, you’ll create, publish, and measure — not just delegate.
Drive lead generation – Build campaigns that turn fintech decision-makers into paying clients.
Master storytelling – Make Narvi stand out through powerful copy, visuals, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, conferences, and beyond.
Partnership marketing – Collaborate with affiliates, influencers, and ecosystem partners to amplify reach.
Events & conferences – Turn industry expos into growth engines by owning our presence, campaigns, and post-event conversions.
Execution & leadership – Manage freelancers, designers, and agencies when needed — but also roll up your sleeves and create.
Data & CRM – Build and manage marketing databases, pipelines, and contact lists.
Stay curious – Understand the differences between payment orchestration, BaaS, white-label banking, and traditional business accounts — and use that knowledge to tell better stories.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS marketing.
Confident running LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, content, and event-based campaigns.
Sharp storytelling and copywriting skills in English (extra points for another EU language).
Independent operator – you ideate, create, and publish without waiting for constant approvals.
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift, and execution beats theory.
Numbers-driven, resourceful, and relentlessly hands-on.
Familiar with data management, scraping, and processing.
Out-of-the-box thinker — no babysitting required.
