Junior Sales Prospection Specialist is in charge of identifying and contacting prospects in local and international territories in order to propose NATEK service and extend NATEK coverage for new potential customers.
The primary role is to prospect new customers by networking, cold calling, and social media to generate interest from potential customers. S/he is responsible for selling our current IT services to new prospects, demonstrates persuasive approaches, and uses relevant sales tactics to win customers.
Junior Sales Prospection Specialist manages the investigation of both customers and competitors, acquisition and mergers on the IT market, new trends and technologies used by competitors as well as prospective customers. In terms of customers, s/he identifies and classifies all future and existing customers, investigating their potential to evaluate the priority of NATEK’s investment in the market. S/he demonstrates good analytical skills in spotting potential niches for business development.
A typical candidate is a result-driven professional, capable of building successful business partnerships and long-term market knowledge.
This role acts as a trusted advisor, uses a consultancy-based approach, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Junior Lead Generation Specialist understands customer needs well and can generate future ones.
Junior Sales Prospection Specialist works closely with internal teams such as Service Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, and Recruitment Team Leaders across all business units to increase NATEK process knowledge and sales activities and maximise opportunities for the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scope of activity: New Business Acquisition (cold calling and cold mailing), Market Research (trends & technology)
- Market research and analysis to identify target customers and their needs
- Contact via telephone, email, and professional social networks (Linkedin, Xing)
- Preparation of proper tactics on how to approach the customer
- Organization and participation in meetings with customers
- Surveys the market in the area to regularly add potential customers to the CRM
- Recording events (calls, meetings) and collecting prospect information in the CRM tool NATEK.
- Execution and contribution to the customer approach strategy
- Preparation of client offers and presentations
- Providing an overview of the competition, providing an overview of the customer decision-making units and planning detailed next steps
- Seeks and builds relationships with target customers
- Organise and participate in internal and external customer meetings
- Regularly completing weekly sales forecasts
- Direct reporting to Sales Prospection Team Lead
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
- Is responsible for actual and correct full fill proper reports in CRM and NATEK DMS
- Fulfil on regular weekly basis sales forecast
- Trains and ensures adherence to the sales process
- Monthly presentation to NATEK Management: last period result analysis, next quarter objectives, outstanding issues and recommendations
